Model name: DC-NPM-200/450II
This machine is used to produce the napkin paper as the picture shown above.
II. Function and Features
1. DC-NPM-200/450II it uses jumbo rolls as raw paper to process various sizes of napkin paper. The machine starts from raw material feeding, color printing, embossing, folding and cutting into two lines. The product is of sanitation and cleanness. If the customer needs to produce various kind sizes (200 to 450) of napkin paper, the customer need to order the machine because one set of machine can only produce one size of napkin paper. Take DC-NPM-275II for example, this machine can produce the unfolded napkin paper of 275mm x 275mm. WhileDC-NPM-330II, this machine can produce the unfolded napkin paper of 330mm x 330mm. So do others. We also accept orders according to clients request.
2. Equipped with tension control system to control different tension of raw paper.
3. Automatic counting and orderly placed, convenient to pack.
4. Attach with folding unit ensuring accurate position and unify sizes of product.
5. Adopt steel against wool embossing roller to have clear embossment.
6. The machine can equip with single color printing unit or two color printing unit according to customers requirement.
7. We can produce different specification of machine according to customers requirement.
8. This machine can equip with steel against steel embossing roller as per customers request.
